(Diptych) Before Battle and Solitude
Before Battle is an original acrylic painting inspired by the Fourth Wing series and the quiet moments that exist just before everything changes. As Violet and Xaden soar across the endless sky on their dragons, they leave behind certainty and fly toward an unknown future. It is a moment suspended between peace and war, where hope, courage, and trust are the only things they can carry with them.
Together with Solitude, this painting forms a diptych exploring two sides of the same journey: the stillness before the storm and the quiet freedom found in endless skies. While each artwork stands beautifully on its own, together they tell a larger story of imagination, courage, and the moments that shape us.
Hand-painted with professional acrylics on a 40 × 50 cm canvas, this one-of-a-kind artwork is finished with a protective varnish and signed by the artist.
