Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every original painting and fine art print is carefully inspected before shipping and packaged with great care to help ensure it arrives safely.
Original Paintings
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The artwork is returned in its original condition.
- The Certificate of Authenticity is included.
- All original packaging is returned whenever possible.
To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the artwork must be shipped back within 14 days.
Unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are produced in limited quantities and are considered collectible artwork.
Returns are accepted only if the print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the artwork.
- Photos of the packaging, both inside and outside.
- A brief description of the damage.
I strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package. This makes it much easier to verify shipping damage and helps speed up any claim with the shipping carrier.
Depending on the circumstances, I may offer:
- A replacement.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund.
- Another mutually agreed solution.
Returned Artwork
Returned artwork must arrive in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.
If the returned item shows any signs of use, improper handling, damage, scratches, dents, stains, bent corners, tears, missing packaging, or any other condition that reduces its value, the refund may be reduced to reflect that loss in value.
If the artwork has been significantly damaged after delivery or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold or preserved, no refund will be issued.
Each return is carefully inspected upon arrival and evaluated individually based on the condition of the artwork.
Custom Commission Paintings
Commissioned paintings are created specifically for one client and cannot be resold.
For this reason, all commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work starts. This deposit reserves your place in my schedule and covers the planning and creative process.
