Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for supporting my art.
Every painting and fine art print is carefully prepared, signed, packaged, and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into creating it.
All orders are shipped from Spain.
Fine Art Prints
Each fine art print is individually printed using museum-quality archival materials, hand-signed by the artist, and carefully inspected before shipping.
Because every print is made to order and produced in limited quantities, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is approximately 1.5–2 weeks, depending on your location and your local postal service.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks after purchase.
This preparation time allows the artwork to fully cure if necessary, receive its final protective varnish, complete its quality inspection, and be professionally packaged for international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
Packaging
Every artwork is packaged with exceptional care using professional archival materials designed to protect fine art during international transportation.
Original paintings and prints are securely packed in sturdy shipping boxes or mailing tubes to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other fees required by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs procedures vary by country. While most shipments clear customs within a few days, customs authorities may occasionally hold packages for inspection, which can delay delivery.
Unfortunately, I have no control over customs processing times.
Shipping Times
All delivery times are estimates only.
Unexpected delays caused by customs, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or courier services are outside my control and may affect the final delivery date.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, I cannot be responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or packages that cannot be delivered.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible solution.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and refer to the Returns & Refunds page for detailed instructions on submitting a claim.
